If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ht999 immediately at [email protected]. ht999 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. You must use a strong, unique password for your ht999 account and update it regularly. Do not use the same password as you use on other platforms.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ht999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ht999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

Account Suspension and Termination

ht999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon account closure, any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
